I know I know, I HAVE been dwelling on clay. Go ahead and slap me if you must. I’m driving myself insane just thinking about it, but I can’t simply give up all crafting while I wait for a response. I fear they may not get back to me till March! I feel like I need to be doing something, moving forward and whatnot. So, instead of playing with clay, I got out my crafty new sewing machine. Attempt 2 at sewing produced:

It’s a felt neck pillow wrapped in a sheer cloth. Cute? I hope so. I’d like to sleep with candy if possible. I cut my finger on the needle sewing this baby up. It’s deep too, so moving my finger hurts like crap. But I must suffer for my art, right? lol  I don’t think that’s what they had in mind when the phrase was coined. I will return all your comments as soon as I can, but as you can imagine, it is difficult to type without the use of your middle finger. I can only peck at the keys right now.

Is it bad that I’m already thinking waaaay ahead? Like, looking at Orlando vacations in the off chance that I went to a convention there? lol I have an interview to be a tutor tomorrow, maybe that’ll help clear my head a bit. I hope I do well. Not only would it be good to put on my resume when applying for a teaching position, but it’s extra cash! Whoot. Wish me luck!
